Policies
Treatments and consultations are by appointment only. Consultations are free and you have the option to purchase an additional 15 minute sample treatment.
Arrive promptly for your appointment; arriving late will not change the end time or fee associated with your scheduled appointment.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. If you do not cancel your appointment within this time frame, you are responsible for the fees associated with your scheduled appointment.
A no-show is considered a missed appointment and you will be charged the full cost of the scheduled appointment. No further appointments will be scheduled until payment is received. In these instances, you will be required to keep a credit card on file with Cape Fear Electrology, to be charged automatically in cases of further missed appointments.
After three (3) no-shows, you will not be allowed to rebook in the future.
A doctors note may be required for certain conditions prior to getting a treatment such as heart conditions, diabetes, or moles. Please mention any conditions you have so we can instruct you whether or not you’ll need a doctors note prior to your appointment.
Payment is due at the time of service. Accepted forms of payment are cash, debit and credit cards, Venmo, and checks with prior authorization.
